He has a commercial kitchen and farm in Norwood, Colorado an excellent area for farming. Among many delicious options including French, Japanese, Carolina style, Jeff likes to offer Farm to Table menus.

Whether it’s homemade pasta, sushi, or dessert, Chef Nico and our staff will provide all of the ingredients you will need for each dish. Dishes can be selected based on you and your guests preferences.
Join Eliza for her wine and delectable pairing classes. Learn how to cook appetizers, finger foods and canapes and pair them with wine. The classes feature a minimum 0f 14 dishes and 10 wines.
