St. Pierre Catering combine’s classic French techniques with a modern touch utilizing local meats and the freshest seasonal ingredients. Nathalie will design menus for all occasions, ranging from a gourmet breakfast, tapas style appetizers for a gathering, intimate dinner or a simple family style meal.
With 15 years cooking as a private chef, Chessa has prepared memorable, delicious meals everywhere from fishing boats to the finest homes in Aspen, Santa Fe the Hampton’s and now Telluride. Using organic, often local ingredients, she creates bespoke, personalized menus focused around seasonal offerings. Much of her inspiration comes from California, where she took classes at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena and Italy. Always thoughtfully organized and well-executed, Chessa’s menus are flexible and can accommodate a variety of dietary needs.
With 14 years of cooking as a chef at various restaurants around the country and Telluride including Allreds. Jeff started his own catering company in 2014. He has a commercial kitchen and farm in Norwood, Colorado an excellent area for farming. Among many delicious options including French, Japanese, Carolina style, Jeff likes to offer Farm to Table menus.

Whether it’s homemade pasta, sushi, or dessert, Chef Nico and our staff will provide all of the ingredients you will need for each dish. Dishes can be selected based on you and your guests preferences.
Join Eliza for her wine and delectable pairing classes. Learn how to cook appetizers, finger foods and canapes and pair them with wine. The classes feature a minimum 0f 14 dishes and 10 wines.
