Spacious townhouse

This is a spacious bedroom townhouse just seconds from the lift. You can walk everywhere, catch the free town bus or ride the gondola to Mountain Village. The townhouse was clean, well maintained and adequately furnished. Peter, the concierge, checked us in and was available any time if we had questions or concerns. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect Ski Getaway

My friends and I go on a ski trip every year to a new resort. We heard such great things about Telluride and all those great things were true. This property is right next to Ski Lift 7, and we loved getting up in the morning and walking right to the Ski Lift to start the day. We also loved being on the Telluride side of town, which was walking distance to the gondola and all the shops. Peter was very responsive throughout our stay and the property had all the amenities we needed to stay comfortably.

Overall, this was a very satisfying rental experience. The location could not be beat-right at the base of Chair 7. The unit was clean and well furnished. The construction of the building was rock solid; absolutely no noise from adjacent units. Radiant floor heating throughout. Nice plumbing and fixtures. Good towels and linens supplied. Nice big TV with good cable service. Nice views of the adjacent ski slopes. Super convenient to nearby grocery and liquor stores. Town just a short walk or free bus ride away. The property managers Pam and Peter were great to work with. I have only 2 minor gripes: 1) pillows not great. 2) kitchen pots and pans usual flimsy rental grade stuff. Notwithstanding those 2 minor quibbles, this was a great rental and would stay here again.

Overall, we loved Etta 114, and the location was perfect! Pam kept in touch and was informative and helpful. Kim met us at the door and even helped bring up the groceries! She responded quickly when the oven didn't work, but the repair man was unable to fix the oven. Electric grill was difficult to regulate. Thermostat in master didn't seem to work. Suggestions for Etta 114:1.)A larger grill (perhaps onsite propane) 2.) Better toilet paper 3.) a bar shaker 4.) cards, games & puzzles 5.) Better lighting in bedrooms

Our Family Ski Vacay

The condo was clean and in order. It was located a little far from the gondola but the free bus service was always there within minutes to take us there (or wherever). The condo was lacking on some things in the kitchen. About two weeks before our arrival they called to say more than one household was prohibited to stay there due to COVID-19. After research, we found this was not true.

Sometimes I get nervous walking into a vacation rental, is it everything the pictures made it out to be, is the location really that good, does everything actually work....and in this case it was 110% of what was advertised. I truly couldn't have asked for more. We enjoyed the hot tub, we enjoyed the view (absolutely incredible), we cooked in the space, we walked into town (easy walk), we LOVED the steamer, the beds were dreamy, literally everything was wonderful. My only thing about posting this review is that I don't want too many people to now book it where there won't be any availability for us to rent it when we return :)But if you want to treat yourself, I would absolutely recommend this unit.

Great place-location, parking, condo, check in, staff. Peter is very accessible, pleasant and action/solution driven. Community Hot tub needs cleaning 2X per week not once. Condo needs kitchen glass/plastic drink ware stock and cookie sheet adequacy for the 8-10 rental capacity. 8 is comfortable but more would be too crowded.

Great location and beautiful condo! We were pleased to check in early. The condo was very nice. Not quite as spacious as expected, especially the balcony. And I had not noticed that there was no elevator and we were on 4th floor! Condo was comfortable for 6 adults and nicely furnished. The location was awesome... parking right outside and easy walk to town and gondola. Peter was very responsive to questions and quickly resolved an issue we had. He also provided helpful info in planning our stay

Let me start by saying I am very picky when it comes to staying in vacation rentals and I would give our overall experience 5 starts! The booking process with Pam was wonderful and she was beyond accommodating to our family. Peter was the host and always made sure we were well taken care of and helped us with any questions we had. The condo was very spacious for 6 of us and the location to the river and downtown was great. The condo and bathrooms are updated with high quality furnishings throughout. The building itself and hallways/stairwells look new and maintained well. You can’t go wrong staying here!

The open floor plan with a large living room and kitchen provided a very spacious common area for us to relax and hang out in after long days of skiing. The bedrooms are all nicely sized. We stayed in this condo July 27-August 1st 2018. We absolutely LOVED it! The space is beautiful with a very "high-end" feel. While the pictures are very accurate, they don't do it justice when you get in the space. The description and location are accurate. The property was VERY clean and well-maintained. Peter, the owner, was present upon check in and made sure we had everything we needed. It is a short walk to the town, one in which our group made several times a day with no problem. One thing I wish we would have done was coordinate with the Galloping Goose trolley that runs right in front of the property and takes you into town. It would have been nice on nights the ladies were wearing heels! We actually saw it in front of the property, so it really does come right to the door. We had a group of 9 stay here and had more than enough space. We were in town for a wedding. Other's in the wedding group came to our property and were also VERY impressed. Multiple comments were made from others in the wedding party regarding the superior quality of our place compared to their accommodations. In addition, this place is PERFECT for couples. There were no spouses sleeping in bunk-beds or community spaces. We had 4 couples, all of which were able to sleep together in the privacy of their own room. You do not find that often!Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

The place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay here. There are a couple items that would have made this a 5 star versus a 4 star. Screens in the windows would be a great addition since the unit is on the 3rd floor and heats up in the summer. But bees and other bugs like to venture in without screens preventing them. There are no windows in the top bedroom which made it very warm up there. And a final inspection of the place would be a good idea since some underwear was left in a couple of the drawers in a dresser.

This condo was gorgeous. Owner/property manager were easy to deal with. The grill had some issues and they offered to bring a replacement the following day. Customer service was great. Perhaps a bigger/better fan for the upstairs, as it got quite hot and was hard to cool down at night as we could not open the windows up there. Also, some screens on at least some windows would be helpful. Well stocked kitchen with everything you would need, plus a great view out of the living room. You won't regret staying here!

We loved everything about the condo. We came during the summer on a family trip and there was plenty of room for each couple to have their own bedroom for privacy and the we could all sit together in the living area or play games at the large dining table. The shuttle came right outside the door so those that didn't want the walk to town or the gondola could ride. The view was spectacular! We even saw a bear out our window on our last morning there. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to family and friends.

The unit is in a good location: remote enough not to be in a jam of people, yet close enough to walk to downtown Telluride or take the gondola to Mountain Village. Peter was an excellent host. The only con is that the master bedroom gets hot.

Etta 114 is in the perfect ski in ski out location down in the town right next to the Coonskin Lift with a lovely outlook onto the mountain. The loft area was handy for those wanting to watch television, play board games games etc (all provided)Well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedding and furniture. Peter and Pam provided exceptional property management service. Comment: more towel rails in bathrooms please.....especially ensuite and more hooks / cupboard space at entrance to hang ski gear so it's not cluttering living area.

Perfect Place for Summer Vacation

The condo was just as described and shown in pictures. All great quality furnishings and soft goods (towels, sheets, etc.). All the bedrooms were roomy and had space for clothes, luggage, etc. The kitchen had all modern appliances and was well appointed. Laundry in unit was helpful as we got muddy on hikes and mountain biking. Views of the mountain were outstanding. Can only imagine what they are like in the winter. Common pool for building was not very big, but worked out ok. Hot tub was roomy. Our only complaint was that there was no broom in unit- we had some crumbs on the kitchen floor, but nothing to do it with (we were on vacation, so I was not overly concerned and my family laughed at me).Management company was professional from first inquiry through to arrival and departure. Jon met us upon arrival and had awesome recommendations for groceries, shopping, activities and eating. Really an awesome stay! Thanks to the owners and management company - we hope to be back for a winter-time stay in the near future.
